YES Bar is one of the first seven brands in the United States to earn Non-UPF Verified status under the Non-GMO Project’s Non-Ultraprocessed Food program, and the first bar brand in the country to receive it. In a food landscape where ultra-processed ingredients have become the norm, that certification isn’t a marketing claim; it’s a verified standard backed by a rigorous third-party process.

What’s in it?

As mentioned, they’re clean and keto-friendly. The YES Bar lineup is made from tasty and fulfilling ingredients like buttery macadamias, cashews, tart cherries, apricots, dark chocolate, and sea salt. Just goodness.

YES Bars are fully plant-based, paleo, and veganfree of GMOs, gluten, grains, dairy, corn, soy, and eggs. Perfect for athletes with food sensitivities, they have half the sugar of an apple and are great for the whole family. Most bars hover around 5g of protein, 3g of fiber, approximately 220 calories, and 15g of carbs.

How to use it:
