Suggested use

1. Peel – Carefully peel one clear patch from the sheet.
2. Stick – Place on a relatively hair-free part of the body 30 minutes before you need to get in the zone.
3. Enjoy! – Each patch can be worn up to 8 hours. Remove when no longer needed.

New patch should be placed in a slightly different position.

Use warm, soapy water to wash off any residue left on the skin.

Ginkgo biloba extract, bacopa monnieri extract, vitamin b3 (nicotinamide), acetyl-l-carnitine hydrochloride, 5htp extract, magnesium l-threonate, green tea extract (camellia sinensis), vitamin b9 (folic acid), vitamin d3 (cholecalciferol).
