Suggested use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule one to two times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
