Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin found on or oozing from rocks in the Himalayan mountains. It has been formed over centuries by the gradual decomposition of certain plants by the action of microorganisms. Due to its nutrient content, shilajit has long been used in Ayurvedic healing to support energy, brain health, body-mineral balance, immune function, and overall wellness. Shilajit capsules are produced using a 20:1 extract of pure Himalayan resin and contain naturally occurring fulvic acid, humic acid, and a full spectrum of trace minerals from ConcenTrace®.
